The event is Thursday, April 25th at the Simek Center—doors open at 4:30pm.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Legacy Sponsor – $5000 and beyond

In addition to everything in the Guardian Sponsorship, also includes:

• Sponsorship of the Client Story video, with your logo appearing
• A place on our Legacy for Life Wall (can also be used for In Memory/Honor of a loved one)

Guardian Sponsor – $1000

• A full table for the banquet (8 tickets) in a choice location for you and 7 of your guests to enjoy
• Options for other promotional ideas (contact Carrie if you would like to provide items like napkins, etc. with your logo)
• An engraved plaque (or the year tag for previous donors) recognizing your support for this great cause
• Your logo on our donor Facebook page and website, program, dinner slideshow and displays at event

Advocate Sponsor – $500

• A half table at the banquet (4 tickets) in a choice location for you and 3 of your guests to enjoy
• An engraved plaque (or the year tag for previous donors) recognizing your support for this great cause
• Your logo on our donor Facebook page and website, program, dinner slideshow and displays at event

Partner Sponsor – $250

• Two tickets for the banquet in a choice location
• Your logo on our donor Facebook page and website, program, dinner slideshow and displays at event

Deadline to be involved as a sponsor is January 26th. Any sponsorships after that date cannot be guaranteed tickets because table sponsorships begin shortly after January 26th and have been selling out faster each year.
